Program Description

This non-thesis foundational graduate degree program suits professionals advancing in organizational leadership and management positions. General knowledge in leadership and management is the primary focus of discussions and reflections for efficient and effective governance, decision-making, and problem-solving. Regardless of the undergraduate degree, every college graduate can pursue and study in this master's program. Emphasizing practical learning, the MIM program comprises ten courses covering core management subjects: governance, business research, finance, marketing, operations, innovations, general management, and global sustainability. Students will also take a one-credit Rizalian Philosophy of Education course, offering an original viewpoint on social responsibility and ethical leadership.

Course Description: This course explores the profound impact of José Rizal's philosophy on education, examining his vision for a nation empowered by knowledge, cultural awareness, and civic responsibility. We will delve into Rizal's writings, his life experiences, and the historical context that shaped his educational ideals.

The course covers the whole gamut of research writing, methods, and research design and implementation techniques, including practical applications covering research outline, survey of related studies and literature, sampling, data collection, processing, evaluation, and presentation of research findings.

This core subject explores ethical leadership, corporate social responsibility, and good governance principles essential for management professionals.
